    Our waterproof pieces are crafted primarily from nylon, thoughtfully elevated with touches of tulle and satin. Our special edition styles are created using leftover tulle, reimagined with satin accents for a refined finish. Each design is made to embody both elegance and ease.
  • How do I care for my headwear?
    Due to the delicate nature of your handmade piece, please follow these care guidelines: Hand wash only if necessary, in cold water. Do not wring or twist. Gently press out water using a clean towel. Air dry flat in a shaded area—avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Do not iron. If needed, use a handheld steamer on the lowest setting, keeping it at a safe distance. Avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp accessories, which may cause snagging. Store flat or hung loosely to maintain the shape and texture.
  • Are your products handmade?
    Yes, all our headwear is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisan Nela, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we currently only offer shipping within Europe. For a special request, please contact our customer support.
  • Can I customize my headwear?
    We offer bespoke services for select styles. Please contact us for more details about creating a custom piece.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after processing. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that all our products are handmade on demand, hence the shipping length.
  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?
    Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, with original tags, receipt and in its original condition. Please note that custom or bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

    We are dedicated to ethical production and reducing our environmental footprint. Our commitment is reflected in the following practices: Offering made-to-order production to avoid overstock and waste Limiting shipping to Europe and opting out of express delivery to lower emissions Partnering with Nela, a skilled local artisan in Bosnia, to craft each hat with care Repurposing leftover fabrics into one-of-a-kind headpieces
  • Do you offer repair services?
    We currently do not offer repair services unless you are located in Sarajevo ( Bosnia), but we plan to do so in the future to extend the life of your headwear. In case you are located in the Netherlands, we can share reliable repair services.

    Our pieces are designed with versatility in mind, effortlessly complementing any outfit—from sleek leather coats to breezy summer dresses. Many of our hats are double-sided, offering two distinct colorways in one piece. For added flexibility, they can also be worn as a stylish scarf, adapting seamlessly to your look and lifestyle.
